What: RABA December Meeting and Holiday Social
When: Monday, December 4, 6 PM to 8 PM
**If there is inclement weather that causes roadways to be hazardous to drive, the event will be rescheduled for the meeting to occur for board elections, with the potluck social as tentative**
Where: Westminster Presbyterian Church, 4103 Monument Ave, Richmond, VA 23230
**Parking is on the streets along Monument Ave or Malvern Ave, the cross street closest to the church**

Deadline to register is Sunday, December 3, so that the club can buy the proper amount of drinks, appetizers and paper products. Reminder: a confirmation email is sent for every successful registration — no confirmation email, please register again. Because we will have a lot to get through in a short amount of time, we will have the potluck at 6 PM, then we will start the meeting at 6:45 PM. We promise that the meeting will be short so that we can get right to the gift exchange!
Other notable FYIs:
- Potluck dishes should be enough to feed 3-4 people.
- The registration site has types of dishes for you to choose to bring – there are set amounts so that we don’t have 30 chips and dips and no other dishes. Once the limit has been reached, the choice will be removed and you will only see what is left to bring. Please select from what is left to choose from.
- The church’s kitchen will NOT be open for cooking or refrigeration. Your dish must be ready to eat upon arrival. You should consider bringing a serving utensil.
- I am looking for a few people to help set up before the meeting and to help after the meeting with clean-up. The registration site has a place for volunteers to come forward – if you don’t see that choice, that means we reached the right number of helpers and the choice has been removed.
- If you are participating in the gift exchange, the gift should be wrapped WITHOUT a nametag, be related in some way to bicycling and the value should be between $10-$20. Rules for the exchange will be explained at the social.
- A RABA member may bring one guest free of charge, but please ensure potluck dish is enough to cover both attendees contributions.
