The ride leader for the weekend will monitor weather forecasts and announce the weekly plan\, along with a route selection\, to the RABA message board. If you are not a RABA member or do not receive the message board notifications\, please contact the appropriate ride leader by Friday afternoon.\n\nDescription and Directions: The ride leaves from the rear parking lot behind the football field at RF&P which is in the back of Crump Park (3400 Mountain Rd\, Glen Allen VA 23060). Turn into Crump Park off Mountain Road\, turn right on RF&P Drive to enter RF&P Park\, and take the first right (just before the railroad crossing sign) into the overflow lot.\n\nA route\, varying from 30-40 miles and mostly flat\, will be selected by the weekly ride leader and published to the message board a few days in advance. Most of the planned routes head in various ways to Ashland with a rest stop in the town. For variety\, an occasional route may bypass Ashland.\n\nRiders may ride the published route or group with others in the parking lot to ride a route/pace they prefer. All paces are welcome but may be self-led.
