Weekly Ride Leaders:
▪ 2/2 – Melba Tyler, mtyler1115@gmail.com
▪ 2/9 – John Shomaker,  jfshomaker@msn.com
▪ 2/16 – Ron Lefever,  rlefever212@gmail.com

Description and Directions: The ride leaves from the overflow parking lot behind the football field at RF&P Park located in the back of Crump Park, 3400 Mountain Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Turn into Crump Park off Mountain Road, turn right on RF&P Drive to enter RF&P Park, and take the first right (just before the railroad crossing sign) into the overflow lot.

A route, varying from 30-40 miles and mostly flat, will be selected by the weekly ride leader and published to the message board a few days in advance. Most of the planned routes head in various ways to Ashland with a rest stop in the town. For variety, an occasional route may bypass Ashland.

Riders may ride the published route or group with others in the parking lot to ride a route/pace they prefer. All paces are welcome but may be self-led. The ride is not no drop, but leaders will generally try to re-group.

An up to Ashland for coffee is always a lovely option: RF&P – New Riders (20 miles).

Many more routes departing from RF&P Park can be found at RWGPS RABA RF&P Routes.
