RABA has a club account with RideWithGPS.com.

The club account will become our central repository of routes and events, with features for all members. While accessing club-supported services, members receive premium-level features, regardless of their personal account level. Those include:

• Voice Navigation in the Ridewithgps mobile app
• Offline Maps in the Ridewithgps app
• PDF Maps + Cuesheets to download or print
• Advanced Turn Notifications with TCX files on many cycling computers
• Estimated time

It is important to note that these are available ONLY when accessing Club routes and events- they do not extend to personal routes or rides. BUT if you have even the free account and are a Club member, you’ll get these premium features when you use the Club Library.

Anyone who has created maps in RideWithGPS and who wants them in the Club route library just needs to send me the link to the route and I’ll import it into the library.

If you are not aware, any RABA member can get a 20% discount on any basic or premium yearly account at RideWithGPS. To use the code, assuming you have an existing account, go to your manage account page and click use access token. Then enter rabarocks ! The next time your account renews, you’ll get the discount. If you do not already have an account, click this link:  http://ridewithgps.com/dc/rabarocks . The code will apply to the account you create. This code should never expire, so that’s 20% off for as long as you remain a member.
