Harvey-Vye Award Winners
The Harvey-Vye Award is given every December to a RABA member in recognition for extended and outstanding service to the club. It is named in honor of Ed Harvey, a popular and active club member, who was struck by a car and killed while taking part in a club century ride in November, 1981, and Bud Vye, who was literally “Mr. RABA” for more than 35 years.
