What: RABA December Meeting and Holiday Social
When: Monday, December 3, 5:30 PM to 8 PM
Where: Westminster Presbyterian Church, 4103 Monument Ave, Richmond, VA 23230
**Parking is on the streets along Monument Ave or Malvern Ave, the cross street closest to the church**
Details: All are invited to attend the meeting, you must be a current (i.e., membership is paid in full by the date of the meeting) / valid member to vote for the board of director candidates. If you would like to participate in the potluck social or gift exchange, please register at: https://www.viethconsulting.com/members/evr/reg_event.php?orgcode=RABA&evid=20038035 The club will provide plates, utensils, non-alcoholic drinks, an appetizer and possibly a dessert. Your registration helps with getting a headcount for supplies -and- contacting you via email if there is any last minute changes to the meeting, so thank you! I plan to be shopping on Dec 1, so please register by Dec 1. Everyone is welcome to wear festive clothing, bells, hats, whatever makes the season jolly and bright for you!
Volunteers: It would be great to have about 3-4 people to help me with the set up of the room (e.g., move tables, get areas set up for food and drinks) and/or clean up afterwards (we need to get the church’s fellowship hall back to “normal” and cleaned up). If you can help in the beginning or end, please contact me at the below email address or phone number.
Gift exchange: If you are participating in the exchange, please bring a WRAPPED, NO NAME TAG, bicycle-related gift valued at $10 to $20. When you arrive, your gift will go on a table and you will receive a numbered ticket. It’s a lot of fun!
